IDX

Multiple layout options, client log-in, save searches, client wish list w/ratings, E-mail list, up-dates, map search, area info map and listing, and amortization table

Showcase Properties
Maintain a list of "Hot Buys" or any listing you choose to showcase on a special page, or on the front page of your website. Simply enter the MLS number, and the data is pulled from the IDX for display. When listings are no longer available, they stop showing on your site automatically.
Open House
Maintain a list of Open Houses. Information can be entered manually, or a general open house, or a specific MLS number can be entered to pull information from the IDX.
Links Page
This module allows you to create a page where you display your favorite links and resources for those browsing your site. Direct them to the websites of friends, partner companies or helpful resources in general.
Gallery
Our gallery module is multi-purpose. Use it to maintain a database of images or to present and sell items. With this module, it is easy to add captions and paste in the code for PayPal buttons so you can make sales on your website.
Blog
Consistently adding fresh content to your website is an important part of search engine optimization. Our system makes it easy to write and edit as well as add images and links to your blog.
Link Popularity
A system that makes it easy to maintain link trades so you can increase your site's link popularity. This is a valuable strategy in search engine optimization.
Rental Properties
Manage your rental properties with several easy to use tools including an interactive calendar, amenity list, and image gallery. Gives you the option of categorizing your rental properties however you choose.
