MCI New Websites

This week, we'd like to spotlight two of our most recent website creations. They are: hanaproperties.com and kaanapaliproperties.com.

Both websites are taking advantage of our advanced IDX interface as well as our informative Maui Information Database feature which allows visitors to learn about places of interest on the island. The advanced IDX includes a real estate search form, search by map option, real estate statistics, a real estate glossary, a mortgage and amortization calculator and many other useful features so your websites visitors can make the most of their real estate search.

The Maui Information Database includes information on restaurants, shops, parks, beaches, cultural sites, theaters, schools, churches and more. It's a great way for those considering the purchase of Maui real estate to get to know the island and the area around the property they are looking at. For example, people that have children and are considering a move to Maui will certainly want to know where the local schools are.

Hanaproperties.com was designed with Quicksite and uses our CMS system which allows our clients to go in and add or change content through a simple interface. This feature is great for those who like a hands-on relationship with their website but are not familiar with programming.

Kaanapaliproperties.com is the real estate branch of the vacation website, Kaanapalibeachrentals.com. Kaanapaliproperties.com is a custom design. For these, we create something that is carefully tailored to our clients' specifications.
