Meyer Computer, Inc. is proud to announce the Maui Condo Information module. This tool allows potential buyers to browse condos available all over Maui, Molokai, and Lanai. The interactive map of Maui allows buyers to point and click to their region of interest. Straight forward menus and lists make browsing easy. The layout is succinct and professional.

Buyers can quickly learn about a property of interest by clicking "Condo Info" for amenities, square footage, parking, and a link to a Google map of the condominiums location. For more information about the neighborhood where a property of interest is located, a buyer can browse "Area Info" to find out about nearby Maui schools, beaches, restaurants, and more.

The condo "Units for Sale" link shows which Maui condominiums are available at the property of interest, including important information such as the MLS number, the asking price, and the number of bed and bathrooms. A click on the "Sold Units" link provides a list of units on the property sold in the last six months. Interested buyers can see the MLS numbers of recently sold units, the asking price, the selling price, and closing date.

Buyers who have found a unit on a property that they want to know more about need only click on the MLS number to find the Maui condo unit details. This page's centerpiece is a pop up slide show of multiple photos of the unit and property. Above the photos are an icon menu allowing buyers to return to the condo property page, print information about the unit, add the unit to a wish list, and more. Below the photos are an icon menu for more information about the neighborhood around the property. This page also has details about the unit including the asking price and a mortgage calculator.
